Pros
Flexible manager that works with schedule changes if needed, nice staff, great place to get feet wet as new RN, and great department teamwork.
Cons
Teamwork can be better at times (sometimes theres inconsistency), being downtown you get a lot of homeless people and psychiatric patients that aren't always the nicest to care for, lost a lot of security staff, and not enough pay for what you deal with at times.
