Business Outlook
Pros
Lots of remote options for folks with non-patient contact. Some positions only work from home. Also, I was able to negotiate for a higher salary even with only 5 years experience because of how large the organization is. They are regional in 4 states. Lastly, a lot of opportunities to advance.
Cons
Remote work can be lonely. Some positions only work remote. They only provided me with one monitor, so unless you can find a second one, you’ll need to purchase it. Benefits just aren’t as good for a healthcare organization. Not any options to go out of network (only HMO) and all the deductibles are fairly high.
