Pros
Been their for over 25 years. Over the years there are good times and bad times and I felt unappreciated at times but that happens at any job. The days of getting a pat on the for doing a good job are over. As long as you work hard and have good work ethic. you will be treated fairly
Cons
I have no con for SSM. The only negative I find are negative you will find at other hospital. Yes you will work short staff. Yes you will understand appreciated ect. All I can say that every hospital staff. Guess what it's a job and as long as you meet the expecting you are doing what you where hired to do. Expecting a company to be a paradise to work for are gone
