Pros

many of the physicians are caring and provide great patient care.

Cons

The leadership Hierarchy is could be compared to clicks in a 1980's high school. SSM continues to buy up other practices and then discards everyone through their " we won't lay anyone off" but will "treat everyone so terrible they want to leave" mentality. It is disappointing.

Pay is not as competitive to other hospitals outside of SSM or even some retail locations Sometimes outside management makes changes with no clear directive or reasoning
