Former Janesville employee for 33 years - Multi-modality Imaging Technologist SSM Health Employee Review

The work environment in the imaging department at Janesville hospital/clinic has changed over the past 4 to 5 years. My experience was it no longer is an environment where you can depend on or trust the management team, which makes going to work stressful. If you want a job that has a good work/life balance I would consider other employment options. Be careful...you can be told to do something from the manager and then the director will reprimand you for doing it. The manager will not have your back.
