-Waited a long time to get through badging process while others started training without security clearance -Hours between 32 and 40 - it varies just like my rent -HR who did the training was completely clueless and/or irritable -Benefits kick in once the Union enrolls you which can be 6 months later (they're figuring it out) -Trained many more people than needed for available job openings -Bidding process means you can change jobs and hours every 6 months -Clearly this choice of vendor by Midway was clout based
