Good training and development program In general friendly working environment Good pay for management and head office staff

Cons

Staff paid minimum wage. managers are asked to work extra hours without being paid due to continuous cuts on wages target. High turnover and sickness as staff are paid minimum wage and need to work extra hard to compensate for staff shortage. Store management under presssure to deliver impossible KPIs, staff cuts always done at store level and never in Head Office. Made redundant after years service and didn't even receive a thank you note from line manager or head office

management aren’t on site all the time due to managing multiple locations.
