Okay for no experience job seekers - Team Member SSP Group Employee Review

Low salary even though you have to work twice harder than other cafes or shops. Because all shops under SSP are train stations, airports and motorways, it is extremely busy and often you don't have enough time to drink a sip of water. Employees often quit so always lacking of resources. No paid breaks. No free meals. No bonus. Management only interested in upselling rather than well beings of employees. No proper training. Even though you have 0 experience, you will have to work like you know everything in your first day. You need to learn everything by yourself. Team member often need to bear the responsibilities of team leader.
