Pros
Bonus is good if u perform well. Division gives out monthly treats to encourage staff. Tries to engage the staff in regular dialogue and feedback sessions.
Cons
Little support from upper management. PM have to manage stakeholders from all directions.even after feedback that the team lacks manpower, department manager says low headcount can’t do much. PM expected to find engineers to work for his projects.
