Supportive manager and seniors who guide me on some of the procedures and not to do due to red tape area Company emphasis a lot on “kaizen”= continuous growth , was only here for 2 weeks but I learned more than what school taught me. There is a specific team that organise company events yearly (ice cream day, eat with fam day, durian fest etc) Work life balance exist here, However there can be times you might work OT due to delay/ unforeseen situations, 24 hours counselling hotline. Some related staff benefits for ST services . (Vehicle inspection example) Stability is there, company revenue are still growing. Theres no 13 months but its included into your monthly salary (inflated slightly) It’s a give and take situation, i have no complaints over this area. Pro for this You dont have to wait so long to get your 13 months bonus. And your salary is slightly higher Cons: company used this to make your salary comparable with market rate
Cons
Some red tape here but it is expected. Due to the nature of the company business. Some ex military working as PM here, However most of the time they are isolated from other colleagues as we knew who are the incompetent.
