Pros

You can earn a CDL-B license and get needed experience to give yourself an opportunity to go elsewhere for a CDL-B job if you can't drive full-time here or get a better paying job at this bus company.

Cons

School bus driving jobs only average about 25 hours per week. Good luck getting that much work over the 9 weeks of summer break, The week from around Christmas Eve thru New Year's Day, Easter break, or the week of Thanksgiving.

Pros

Good pay, great for moms, extra work available.

Cons

Management does not have experience in what we do . They do not lead they boss not knowing what they are talking about. Many times more than not they are very disorganized rattling on and on. Management does not hold a cdl. When management gets bad there is no where or no one to turn to for help - upper management never comes around nor are we able to talk to them to get any answers or help.
