STARS gets an interview set up as close to your home as they possibly can. Annual raises, 401K benefits, offers of medical, dental and vision, reimbursement of licenses, continuing education and other material. Stipends for supervising Clinical Fellows. They are family owned, operated and orientated. They care about employees and work on retention by giving annual gifts. They have gone above and beyond in support of me as a clinician and an individual.
Cons
Home office is far away from me, however, I rarely have to travel there and when I do, it is for great training or a party.
