STERIS was an amazing company to work for. The only reason I left was due to personal reasons, but I could certainly see myself returning someday. I was a part of the HR department, and my team was incredibly supportive, talented and caring. I can honestly say that one of the things that stands out to me the most about STERIS is the people. I was warmly welcomed into the STERIS family from day one, and everyone is just so genuine, friendly and willing to help however they can. I had the opportunity to work with truly incredible leadership that I consider to be a rarity and made a lot of friendships that I will forever cherish. This is a growing, global company that offers good benefits and so many different career opportunities across the business. Grateful to have been a part of a company that is doing such great things.
