Pros
Everyone I work with is understanding Nf our to make STERIS a better place to work. They are all about make sure the employees are engaged and like coming to work while still make sure that the job gets done and the product comes out right.
Cons
The work load is significant and you have to be able to multi task. No day is like another so you have to be ble to shift on a dime.
