Pros
Team I worked with was great. Overall, people are nice, salary isn't bad for an intern + interns get 401k matching. Remote on Mondays and Fridays is nice as well.
Cons
Job itself is fine, but please strongly consider the location if you're coming from out of state. It's difficult to find reasonably priced housing for a 3-month period, and if renting a car is too expensive, your only other option is Uber, which is only marginally cheaper and much more inconvenient (every day I go to work, I'm functionally working 2 hours less than I actually am because that money just goes to Uber anyways). The area is the epitome of a quiet, remote suburb, which is great if that's your vibe. Personally though I hate it. You get a $1200 relocation stipend, which is better than nothing, but that's a month/month and a half's worth of rent at best. Cleveland proper is nice, but good luck finding the willpower to drive 30 minutes downtown (or paying $100 roundtrip to do so).
