Pros
Professional team working in a dynamic and growing field that really helps people. There's still a lot of potential left for STERIS, and the people already here are equipped to execute.
Cons
Pay is...good, not great: they keep it close to industry average. Everyone is included in the Bonus structure (yay!) but the cost of that comes from somewhere -- mid-level professionals, in this case.
