Mixed bag - Program Manager STG International Employee Review

Management is terrible - both on the executive level and directors of the lines of business. They are incredibly short sighted and act like STGi is still working out of the CEO's basement. There are limited to no growth opportunities. The leadership play rampant favoritism. They are finally getting some of their internal departments in order after being stagnant and almost negligent in corporate processes. All in all - for staff that know what they want to do and just want a steady paycheck with minimal change - this is a great job for you. If you want to work for a dynamic company that is flexible enough to grow, look somewhere else.
