Pros
Benefits were OK starting about 2017.
Cons
Working for a gov contractor is rough if you are not a nurse or doctor. There are NO pay raises ever if you are not a nurse or a doctor. The HR and Leadership at STGi have no idea what you have to deal with at work. If the Government Staff is mistreating you at the site you can not complain to their senior gov staff. STGi only cares about the clients that pay them. The STGi staff onsite were always playing favorites and had cliques. The Gov staff that ran the facility were very inappropriate but no one would do anything about it for fear of losing their jobs. When it was reported no one would say anything so the improper conduct continued. HR at STGi HQ was extremely rude. Basically, you can be replaced if you have complaints about the client.
