Pros
PM is always attentive, responsive, and respectful. Salary is good, their benefits are average to good for the LCAT.
Cons
This depends on the assignments. Even if the duties outside of job description (JD) are assigned, it is very difficult to justify and update the JD and we ended up doing whatever we are tasked on the assignment. Pace of the assigned location is too fast and too complicated, so I do not know what to do before I feel burned out.
