Pros

Hourly Compensation is fair, though you will earn every penny.

Cons

Management is a Newbie, plucked straight out of one of the Nursing roles. She is the epitome of "Fake it, Till you make it!" Clueless at best. As an RN, they will court you with the idea that you will be assigned one Doctor and a panel of up to 1200+ patient--though this is total bull puckey. You will be stretched thin, having to cover more than one provider, triage patients, and keep your performance metrics within goal (though there is no training on how to do this). . Though, no one has a clue as to how to keep those metrics in check, it is trial by fire. Please be able to type 55 wpm, or you will not be able to keep up. You will need to write your notes, place orders, respond to emails etc, and they never stop. It is the proverbial conveyor belt of requests by patients. You can have up to 200 issues that you need to address per panel-multiplied by the other Doctor panels you have to cover until they get new nurses (in some cases you can cover up to 3 providers), which takes almost 3-4 months to do so. So, when they tell you relief is on the way, believe it when you see it, well not, just don't work here period.
