Pros
Opportunity to serve many deserving patients
Cons
The company has devolved over several years. Management takes care of its proteges regardless of ability and incompetents are promoted on the basis of favoritism. There is an obsession with chain of command. They are primarily concerned with numbers and metrics driven by those who have no grasp of, or ignore the demands of the clinical setting. There is an excessive workload due to perpetual understaffing. They demand more than what is safe for patients and healthy for employees, and if you don't like it, you can go elsewhere. They don't care if personnel quit - remaining employees will have to pick up the load, and then they'll quit, too. You are expendable unless you are part of the clique. Ask a question and you'll get a convoluted answer, and they won't tell the same truth twice. Some of the good reviews you see are likely solicited by management. Unfortunate as there's great potential but good employees are wasted.
