Steer Clear at all Cost - Autocad Designer (Civil/Structural EIT) STRAND Employee Review

The turn over is extremely high. On average new employees last less than a week. The culture is depressing to say the lest. They discourage talking to other employees and managers tattle to upper management when you do something they don't like. There's no protocol for resolving issues. If someone has an issue with performance, actions etc. you get fired rather than a warning of this issue. They expect 10+ hours of work per day and Saturdays. The training program is poorly designed and executed.
