Poor Management. You will rarely see any Upper manager in the office. All Middle management who manage the team literally has the same power level as typical designer, but more responsibility. Extreme Low Compensation. Do not expect to get a raise any time soon, if you do get one eventually after years, it is minimal. Do not expect to build something long term here, learn something, gather experience, and move on.
