Pros

Great product to sell. Good factory support and interesting customers and projects. Other staff are nice and most people tend to get on well together.

Cons

Management (or more particular: The Manager) has no sense of how to treat people. Staff are managed to within an inch of their life. Phone records checked and staff monitored constantly. Management is completely paranoid and unable to let good staff do their job without interefence.
