      Administration has high turnover Staff not uniform Management only cares about filling beds and not the treatment of the patient No breaks No recourse for doing a horrible job, especially entering incorrect info on patients Direct care staff not appreciated

      Pros

      Pay is probably the highest I’ve found in the area. Night shift was chill and laid back Night shift supervisors were amazing :) Getting to help this type of population

      Management - “C” Suite. Every. Single. One. They will fire you for no reason and have your job filled the next day You are only a warm body to them Day shift staff are extremely hard to work with… they have no team work Policy and Procedures change hourly I have seen I believe 5 different CEOs/C Suite employees since I’ve started Working short staffed which makes for a potentially dangerous shift Techs act like they are higher than a nurse. We do not really help anyone, we are treated like a hotel and will admit almost anyone just to fill a bed for $$$
