      The pay is the only great thing

      Cons

      Safety is a serious concern. Administration has no clue what the staff deals with on the floor, and they only care about making money. Staffing is awful and no one wants to stay working here because it is unsafe and there is no support from administration.

      Pros

      Pay is probably the highest I’ve found in the area. Night shift was chill and laid back Night shift supervisors were amazing :) Getting to help this type of population

      Management - “C” Suite. Every. Single. One. They will fire you for no reason and have your job filled the next day You are only a warm body to them Day shift staff are extremely hard to work with… they have no team work Policy and Procedures change hourly I have seen I believe 5 different CEOs/C Suite employees since I’ve started Working short staffed which makes for a potentially dangerous shift Techs act like they are higher than a nurse. We do not really help anyone, we are treated like a hotel and will admit almost anyone just to fill a bed for $$$
