Pros
None, people are leaving in droves here. They can't hire and keep enough employees. They are asking everyone to in the building for a review on this site.
Cons
Leadership is terrible and not transparent. They either haven't worked or have forgotten what it is like to work a floor, as incompetent leadership asks employees to do irrational, unmanageable work. Despite short staffing, leadership does not lead by example and absolutely refuses to help in any way. Staffing levels are at a bare minimum and most staff are looking elsewhere for employment. Leadership seems to be hand selected based on a buddy system, as competent staff are let go and replaced by individuals who clearly don't know what they're doing.
