Pros
The culture of this company is difficult to describe. I don’t know of any corporation that creates an environment that allows their employees to be so human. This is simply done by assuming best intentions and allowing people to not be afraid to fail. Very humbled to be a part of this organization and excited about the future.
Cons
With growth comes a lot of unanticipated lessons. All of which end up being valuable but in real-time, the unpredictability is not for everyone.
