SUN DE is an awesome place to work. Everyone is really nice. It’s a new company but I’m enjoying my time there so far. I’ve been here about 6 months and I feel like I can talk to anyone about anything. Anne the CEO came in my orientation and talked about the values of SUN which I was surprised to see a CEO do. Orientation was a good process, long but good. I love the patients and learning about this field. I’m new to this field. An overall great place to work.

It’s busy. I didn’t expect it to be so busy but it is.

Pay is probably the highest I’ve found in the area. Night shift was chill and laid back Night shift supervisors were amazing :) Getting to help this type of population

Management - “C” Suite. Every. Single. One. They will fire you for no reason and have your job filled the next day You are only a warm body to them Day shift staff are extremely hard to work with… they have no team work Policy and Procedures change hourly I have seen I believe 5 different CEOs/C Suite employees since I’ve started Working short staffed which makes for a potentially dangerous shift Techs act like they are higher than a nurse. We do not really help anyone, we are treated like a hotel and will admit almost anyone just to fill a bed for $$$
