Corporate culture shows a lack of vision on the day to day operation of the hospital. Individual sections do not work harmoniously. Users do not use the provided Help desk contact information provided but instead complaining to management with technical support in many cases unaware of the problem. Basic user-level maintenance not performed. Management is by emergency only with all items considered priority without considering what is needed to rectify, nor a basic investigation to the most successful resolution of any given problem. New user accounts routinely are presented at the last possible minute. please note that there is one IT professional to perform all these tasks at this unit
