      Management lies to your face Management pick and choose who they want to help Unorganized A lot of nurses are rude to staff and patients Management and the company only care about money and not the well being of patients

      Pros

      Pay is probably the highest I’ve found in the area. Night shift was chill and laid back Night shift supervisors were amazing :) Getting to help this type of population

      Management - “C” Suite. Every. Single. One. They will fire you for no reason and have your job filled the next day You are only a warm body to them Day shift staff are extremely hard to work with… they have no team work Policy and Procedures change hourly I have seen I believe 5 different CEOs/C Suite employees since I’ve started Working short staffed which makes for a potentially dangerous shift Techs act like they are higher than a nurse. We do not really help anyone, we are treated like a hotel and will admit almost anyone just to fill a bed for $$$
