The whole time I worked for the company and busted my butt off and never got any type of promotion let alone even offered. I several times applied for lead/senoir positions and never got them. It seems to me if your not kissing BUTT your not going anywhere within this company. People who have alot less experience then I do have been moved up and have absolutly no idea what the hell they are doing. Esepcially in Data Integrity Department the leads, seniors and supervisors except for maybe all just BS their way. The manager in the department as well has no clue also and does not know how to manager a department. Wjen I first starting working for SWBC it was a really great company to work unitl they hired Ulmer and had offshore people do our work and took work away from the Auto Data Capture team the company went to CRAP since then. Although I do not work there anymore there is alot of great people who know what they are doing and are good at it. I would not recommend any one to work here the training is horrible their technology is a joke, people who are in charge have no idea what the hell they are doing and i think the company is going downhill, They have already lost Ocen Mortgage services which is why they had offshore people and hired over 100 peple and I just found out SWBC has lost Penny Mac as well..SWBC hasn't even had Penny Mac for a year and they already lost that account. Which doesn't surprise me, SWBC doesn't fall through their SLA (service level agreement) for any of their clients SWBC is always making up CRAP to coverup their butts.
