Pros

The company has excellent benefits

Cons

They gained clients and "hire up" way too late. Consequently it cost them those same clients. Management could never catch up to client needs. Parameters changed literally every day - and those on the floor were often the last to know and often got conflicting info. Horrible work atmosphere - never know what to expect day-to-day. Training was supposed to be 1 month - we only got 2.5 weeks because we were needed on the floor - their response - "Figure it out on the floor as you go"

Pros

Not too many pros anymore, benefits were okay and the pay was below average.

Cons

Company doesn't promote unless you have a CPA. Don't expect to go above middle management if you don't have one. The company had started to enforce back to office, no exceptions. No hybrid schedules, nothing, just one day to the next you have to work in the office. This really did screw over a lot of parents who had to look over their kids while working.
