I worked there for a little over 2 years (Data Intergrity) and I saw things change drastically. About six months ago, they hired a new Director (not sure of her exact title). She began by laying off all the experienced people in the department. She then told us that we were done with layoffs. Not so as layoff #2 came and I went with it. The place is a mess; the supervisors were not hired from within and so they don't quite understand the work that's being done. They constantly interrupt you to ask you how many loans you have processed. Some of them are quite frankly,idiots. I saw the new director spend a lot of time in the corner at one of the male supervisor's desk, flirting like a school girl even though she was married. Where were the owners of this company when you needed them?
