Flexible Hours, Schooling and Self Development seen as plus, always busy, never boring, new projects. Free Healthcare. Gym. Pay is ok. Most Leaders are great. Its their right hands that are very bad.
Cons
Many current employees disrespect VP's, they think they know about leading just because they know how to do the daily work. Everyone complains about too much work and not enough pay. Current employees always very reluctant to accept change. Very little help if new. Too many employees spend too much time gossiping and leaders dont help or turn the other cheek. Some VP behave just as bad as their employees and even go along with them. There needs to be some sort of house cleaning of employees that feel they hate their job and just stay there regardless. Especially the ones that are very close to the VP and have the nerve to talk bad about them behind their back.
