Pros
The job seems easy enough. Great for students. 2017 "free" medical insurance seems to lose a lot of benefits. It's still "free" for the plan the basically force you to take unless you want to pay $140 every two weeks.
Cons
Don't expect to make a career at this company. Company works on contracts and if a major one is lost, beware losing your job. Company decided not to give a Christmas bonus this year in "respect" for the employees that got laid off this year. Charlie and Gary and all the shareholders got a great pay out I'm sure. Commission is horrible for sales. They offer 5% to 25% but that is off of what the company makes in the sell and not the entire portion. Keep that in mind when they offer a lower pay because the commission they're offering (that they never go into with you) is "reasonable."
