Pros

Insurance at the time I was there was paid by the company

Cons

Definitely had me fooled when hired. At the time they were in a better place granted..Things started hitting the fan and LPO got ugly. No room for growth. You can't just go from department to department because you have no experience yet if you don't wanna grow in your department it just depends who your sleeping with or who you rub elbows/flirt with to move up. If you don't wanna do that then good luck trying to move up. It doesn't matter if you bust your butt, put in the work, hours, OT if mandated because this company will screw you over. BAD. Laid off people who worked there for 8+ years, what kind of loyalty is that? Employee appreciation? PLEASE. Upper management is a JOKE and the way they talk to their supervisors is disgusting. If HR only knew half the stuff that went on, LPO would be demolished. Gary and Charlie, for staying a private company and priding yourselves on employee appreciation, your company looks like a bunch or liars and deceitful people who don't give a damn. A manager in flood excess was fired for having inappropriate relationships with one of their team members. Oh man, if you guys only KNEW about the stuff that goes down in LPO that has NOT been reported, caught or just swept under the rug by managers and HR themselves...and please tell me...who would wanna work there after knowing all this??? STAY AWAY!!!

Pros

Not too many pros anymore, benefits were okay and the pay was below average.

Cons

Company doesn't promote unless you have a CPA. Don't expect to go above middle management if you don't have one. The company had started to enforce back to office, no exceptions. No hybrid schedules, nothing, just one day to the next you have to work in the office. This really did screw over a lot of parents who had to look over their kids while working.
