Pros
SWBC owners genuinely value their employees and desire to make SWBC a preferred employer. This is reflected in a number of areas. SWBC is a group of individual businesses under a single SWBC brand so the company is not dependent on one line of business to succeed. The owners allow these businesses to function fairly autonomously giving them the freedom to run their disparate business unit which can be both a Pro and Con, depending on the respective leaders.
Cons
SWBC owners allow business units to function fairly autonomously which although it allows them freedom to run their business units as they see fit, they also allow these same leaders to be at odds with other SWBC leaders regarding utilization of company resources. This causes disparities within the SWBC brand as well as internal conflicts for company resources.
