Pros

Opportunity to bonus once a month Health benefits

Cons

All of the best incentives were taken away which includes Golds Gym Membership. No room for growth. Management talks negatively about employees Management/team leads are not helpful, including denying employees help when needed. Most Management doesn’t know how to do basic duties that agents ask of them. Equal opportunity is not taken into consideration, people are secretly promoted to new positions that aren’t even posted to work day for others to have a chance as well. Some of upper management feels the need to be little the employees. Nothing said to HR is confidential. All employees are not on the same level when it comes to training/basic job duties. Some employees really need to go through training again because they mess things up and others have to come back and fix their mess ups. The system we use on a daily basis is always down. Employees are over worked and also at the same time left feeling unappreciated. In the hand book given when you become an employee it clearly states that you must be in your current position if you are full time for 1 year and for part time 6 months before applying for a new position.. this is not followed Overall 10/10 would not recommend working for this shady company!

Pros

Not too many pros anymore, benefits were okay and the pay was below average.

Cons

Company doesn't promote unless you have a CPA. Don't expect to go above middle management if you don't have one. The company had started to enforce back to office, no exceptions. No hybrid schedules, nothing, just one day to the next you have to work in the office. This really did screw over a lot of parents who had to look over their kids while working.
