Pros
Easy while still in college, set schedule, stress level is really low, fairly new department so there was a lot of people getting promoted. Management team was really good and easy going, weren't too strict
Cons
New department so it was paid the least compared to their other call centers within swbc. They make it hard to earn bonuses. You only get raises once a year. Which is in january not by when you start. Career wise, you'll cap out fairly quick. Definitely won't get to 6 figures. Maybe in the future when department is more developed. Then the department really only offered part time. They should have more full time positions
