Hostile - Project Manager SWBC Employee Review

Working at SWBC, at least in certain departments is extremely challenging and complicated. There is a management system where you're either a part of the team being as a "yes ma'am/sir person without knowledge, than having a mind of your own with knowledge and experinece of the business. Management is hostile, unprofessional, and controlling. The battle is constant from day to day, while there is no team building or community. VP's who support their teams do not last more than a year due higher VP's controlling them. Project managers at SWBC are merely glorified admins forced to take over Sales and AMs responsibilities, hence the larger issue at hand; meanwhile harassment from other management areas are inevitable. Reporting these incidents to HR is pointless, because no real action will transpire, merely a small move and slap on the wrist, leaving the problem able to continue, There's much more bad news to report, but there's not enough time or space here to report it. No luck will help anyone, just know how to oblige management their request even if it's wrong.
