Pros
Benefits are okay. Some teams are great, but some are awful and abusive.
Cons
Top level corporate leadership, including owners and the top of the top, are reactionary and focus on really odd things instead of having a future focused vision and strategy. They talk about it being a family, but only when talking about what employees should do- not when talking about what they do to take care of employees. I have heard the corporate leaders used to really live the core values, but not anymore. Integrity is nonexistant. There is talk from some about inclusion and diversity, but then their words and actions show that it is all for appearance. The only concern seems to be money, but they don't support the groups that support the business units. Won't hire enough people and then yell and scream because that creates limitations that are viewed as all the employees fault. And it is openly discussed that there is no plan for the future. The owners are older (like 80 or something) and there is no plan for when they retire or get sick or something. Makes for a very unstable work place.
