Disorganization at its best - Client Services SWBC Employee Review

No consistency within or between departments. Some reps should have been let go long ago but are still there. Some reps with 15+ years with the company are let go for no apparent reason, makes me nervous to stay with the company. Owners have made people return to the office so that they can "see our smiling faces." Hard to smile when you're stuck in traffic 2 hours per day. Also said going back to office would help with IT security, but then they outsource to India and Mexico, how does that make sense? You can't trust employees in San Antonio but you can trust ones overseas? Management is way out of touch, hoping they all retire soon so that things can enter the 21st century here.
