      Pros

      There were some nice people in our department; Work hours can be kept to 40 hours a week, given most at this company don't work beyond the regular 8am - 5pm work day.

      Cons

      Executive team is incredibly disrespectful and most speak down to employees; I watched mid-management directly disregard some of the owners requests and decisions - AND THEY GET AWAY WITH IT; Little to no diversity at this company. HR team mislead myself and other employees who were hired at the same time regarding some of the benefits. Hands down, the most miserable group of people I've ever worked with. I should have known better than to accept a job at a place where nobody is smiling.

      Pros

      Not too many pros anymore, benefits were okay and the pay was below average.

      Cons

      Company doesn't promote unless you have a CPA. Don't expect to go above middle management if you don't have one. The company had started to enforce back to office, no exceptions. No hybrid schedules, nothing, just one day to the next you have to work in the office. This really did screw over a lot of parents who had to look over their kids while working.
