Archaic HR Department Hurts SWBC Culture - Director SWBC Employee Review

HR is a joke. The benefits package is terrible. They are lucky they are located in San Antonio and get away with offering below market rate benefits. HR has archaic, draconian HR policies that are not modern. HR does not value employees and they are enforcers for SWBC’s greedy owners. Headquarters is a dump, it is a very cluttered atmosphere. Cubicles are jail like and are laid out very poorly. A house belonging to a hoarder has more organization. I am embarrassed to host vendor partners at SWBC. It’s that bad.
