Pros

They give free coffee but it's not good.

Cons

There are ongoing challenges with leadership communication and project execution. Some vice presidents often communicate in a dismissive manner that can come across as belittling to frontline employees. Additionally, the sales team has a pattern of making unrealistic promises regarding features and setups, which creates confusion and misalignment. Projects frequently begin without the necessary documentation or proper handoff, leading to delays and inefficiencies. Lower-level managers often feel intimidated by sales leadership and VPs, which discourages them from speaking up or pushing back when issues arise. As a result, unrealistic sales promises and poor documentation frequently go unchallenged, leading to confusion and disorder during project execution. This cycle undermines productivity and morale across teams.

Pros

Not too many pros anymore, benefits were okay and the pay was below average.

Cons

Company doesn't promote unless you have a CPA. Don't expect to go above middle management if you don't have one. The company had started to enforce back to office, no exceptions. No hybrid schedules, nothing, just one day to the next you have to work in the office. This really did screw over a lot of parents who had to look over their kids while working.
