      - Work Life Balance - Flexible working hour - Amazing office and colleagues

      Cons

      - In India office lot of people are asked to leave, the newly joined ppl do not have adequate knowledge about the business. - Structure is changed every month just to promote someone to next level or to give them reportees. - SWIFT domestic has spoiled the whole culture and brand value in front of customers.

      Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

      Cons

      Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
