Pros
- Manager is willing to listen - Professional training (e.g. SANS training) - Paid on-call / shift / overtime work (at least better than many HK companies...) - Benefits are comparatively better than many HK companies (but still not "up to standard" compare to the Europe region) - Cultural diversity - Internal mobility is possible (even globally) - Nice sea view pantry with free snacks and drinks - Nice office (large desks / large monitors) - Appreciate continuous improvement
Cons
- Job functions in Hong Kong is limited - Salary increment is not attractive enough to retain staff (Security Operations) - Early shift: as early as 7am - Team budget is not tight, but not utilized perfectly in a way that benefits the whole team - High turnover rate (resources wasted to train new staffs)
