      - New CEO of India had unfairly laid off all old employees - Company was being run on perform and agree to Mgmt or get fired - Unfair selling practices and cheating customers - Hire and Fire policy - No Job security

      Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

      Cons

      Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
