      Pros

      Extremely talented and knowledgeable about the products and services SWIFT offers the community. People at SWIFT support one another and go out of their way to help fellow colleagues. Benefits , 401k and vacation allowance are great.

      Nice offices. Great colleagues. Interesting work. Truly great healthcare International travel

      Cons

      Poor senior management and too many middle managers Terrible performance management approach related to who you know not what you do. Good engineers are leaving because there are no promotions and the pay has fallen far behind other companies
